Carola Jaque is a fundraising and development leader with a background in the performing arts. She currently serves as Development and Fundraising Director at the Dancer Transition Resource Centre (DTRC) and is the founder of Virtual Community Solutions (VCS), supporting nonprofits with strategic planning and grant development. Carola is known for her collaborative approach, community focus, and ability to turn bold ideas into impactful initiatives.

She is thrilled to join the Board of Nova Dance and contribute her experience to help advance the organization’s strategic goals. Carola believes in the power of dance to foster connection, spark dialogue, and inspire change. She is eager to support Nova Dance in its mission to unite communities through innovative and meaningful artistic expression.
